Cancellation policy

Each trip has its own cancellation rule, set by the operator and shown on its page, in the booking summary and here. The deadlines below are counted back from the departure time.

Types of rule

• Free cancellation: you get a full refund if you cancel before the deadline (24 or 48 hours before departure, depending on the trip).
• Non-refundable: the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded once made.
• After the deadline, and if you do not show up, the amount is not refunded.

How to cancel or change a booking

Write to booking@sailingbeyondlimits.com with your booking reference, before the deadline. The date of your email is the date of the request. Refunds go back to the card used for the booking; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank.

Weather, safety and cancellations by the operator

If the captain or operator cancels a departure for weather, sea conditions or safety, you can choose another date or a full refund. This applies to every trip, including non-refundable ones. See the booking terms.
