Punta Cana Boat Tours FAQ: Weather, Ages, What to Bring

You have a few questions before booking your Punta Cana boat tour. Here are the answers, based on the information provided by the operator for each trip.

What happens if the weather is bad?

On trips that explain the policy, a full refund or a new date is offered if the trip is cancelled because of thunderstorms. The weather policy is shown on each trip page, so check it before booking. If you are unsure about the forecast, message us on WhatsApp.

Can children come?

It depends on the trip. The minimum age ranges from 0 to 17 years depending on the cruise, and some trips are adults-only. For example, the adults-only party cruise and the Celebrity boat party are not for young children. On the trips that accept infants, they must not sit on laps, and infant seats are not available.

Is it accessible?

Accessibility is different for each boat. Some trips state that they are wheelchair accessible; others say they are not. Check the “good to know” section on the trip page, or ask us on WhatsApp before booking.

Is there anyone who should not go?

Some trips are not recommended for people with heart conditions, back problems or pregnant travellers. If you have any medical question, talk to your doctor and check the trip page.

What is included?

How long does the trip last?

Most trips are about three hours on the boat plus around an hour of transport. Each page shows the exact duration and the departure times.

Can I cancel?

Cancellation terms depend on the trip and are shown on its page and again in the booking summary. Some trips are non-refundable, so read the terms before paying.

What should I bring?

• Swimwear, a towel (not included) and sunscreen.
